Pricing and Policies

PRICING

Please contact us for pricing in your area.

Extra Days: $40.00/day
Same-Day Orders (booked within 24hrs of install): +$25.00
Extra names: $10 each

Pricing includes greeting, graphics, stars, balloons, 1-day rental, delivery, set up and removal.

Texas state sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all invoices.

PAYMENT:

Invoice will be sent via email.

We provide 3 ways to pay:

  1. Credit card through link located on invoice
  2. Venmo
  3. Cash

Payment is due upon receipt to confirm your booking.

Payment confirms all order details are correct and you agree to all terms & conditions on this page.

RENTAL & REFUND POLICIES

By placing an order with Collin County Yard Greetings, you agree to the following policies:

  1. For the safety of everyone, please do not play on or around the display.
  2. We encourage you to pose next to the greeting to take photos. However, please do not lean on the signs or pull them from the ground at any time.
  3. Please do not remove or move any signs, including our advertising sign. A $50.00 fee will be imposed for any movement or misrepresentation of our artwork while in your yard.
  4. Please do not dispose of our inventory.
  5. Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.
    ** If any negligent damage occurs (dogs, mowing, string trimmers, moving, etc) you will be invoiced for replacement of damaged inventory.
  6. If you are the recipient of the yard greeting gift & would like it removed, please contact us immediately at 214-695-4522. The items are our property & business & you are responsible for it while it is in your yard.
  7. A $25.00 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to:
  • Client provides an incorrect address
  • Recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove it
  • We are denied access to a gated community
  • Animals that prevent us from installation

CCYG AND ALL REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR BY THE PLACEMENT OF OUR SIGNS.

HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS

We may not be able to set-up a greeting during severe or hazardous weather conditions. If this occurs, we will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be given.

DELIVERY/SET UP/PICK UP

Your greeting will be set up after 9:00p the night before your event. Pick-up is after 9:00p the evening of your event. Timing may be modified if requested.
